The ultimate power move is good posture. Job interview? That d bag in class? Standing up to your parents? You won't intimidate any of them with those hunched over shoulders buddy, you've got to say it with your chest. Let's straighten up, fix that text neck, set those shoulders back, poke that chest out, and pull that navel in. We've got injuries to prevent and things to conquer. I mean, do we really want to go with the Quasimodo look by age 30? Who's with me?

POSTURE CHECK ☝🏾 If I drew a line from your ears to shoulders and down to your hips, would it be a straight one? Take a shot from the side and see for yourself. Is your head too forward? Shoulders too rolled in? Butt tilted? Listen folks, yelling at people for bad posture isn't just for Catholic School teachers with rulers. It's kind of a big deal. Bad posture creates neck problems, shoulder issues, back pain, decreased breathing capacity, lowered mood, jaw aches, headaches, increased fatigue levels, and poor circulation. So yeah you should totally work on that. Get a buddy, make a posture safe word, and hold each accountable 👊🏽.
