Suck it. We will no longer let you keep anyone from lifting weights. We are strong enough, pretty enough, good enough, and whatever enough to lift weights. We won’t be deterred from strength training no matter our ability, gender, or body shape. A professional with the right credentials can show all the lost little lambs the right way. We won’t be scared away from building stronger bones and bodies when there are physical therapists, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists®, and more out there to show us how to lift safely. We won’t shy away from a barbell after we find a safe space in a gym that feeds our power. It can be done. It will be done. And we’ll all be better for it!
